how do I Care For my jewelry?

avoid using dip cleaners as they will remove the antiquing and possibly the vermeil coating. it is best to use a soft cloth made especially for jewelry polishing and polish gently. when you are not wearing your piece please keep it in an air tight bag. do not wear your necklaces in pools or hottubs - the harsh chemicals will damage the finish. in addition - please avoid jewelry coming into contact with acne medications, self tanners and perfume. these chemicals will cause the metals to discolor. by nature, sterling silver is a soft metal and will scratch over time.

do you guarantee your work?

yes, we guarantee our work for 45 days from date of purchase against all manufacturing defects. If you need a repair on charms after 45 days, we are happy to repair your piece for $6.00 (depending upon the repair) plus S&H. Chantelle Nicole Designs is not responsible for packages lost in the mail and it is recommended that all packages are sent with tracking information and insurance.

how long until I get my order?

we currently ship orders within 1-2 weeks of your order date.please keep in mind that during gift giving holidays, our turn around time changes. Please plan on a 3-4 week turn around time during these periods. thank you!

will all the letters and numbers be stamped perfectly straight?

each letter is individually hand-stamped, no two pieces will come out the same making each piece it’s own unique creation. Slight imperfections may occur in the stamping process. Please remember that this only adds character to your piece!

can I have the back of the necklace stamped?

at this time only certain pieces can be stamped on both sides. You will see it noted as so in the description.

my purchase isn’t what I expected what do I do?

what metal are your products made from?

for our jewelry all of our charms and chains are either sterling silver or pure silver unless stated otherwise when we use other metals it is noted in the product description!

do you ship internationally?

we are happy to ship internationally, but please note that we declare the actual value on the customs form and we cannot guarantee a specific delivery timeframe as international orders have to go through customs.

can I have a necklace rushed?

if you have an urgent gift request we are happy to do our best to meet your deadline - please contact our offices prior to making your order and we will see what we can do!

what if i want to add a tag when i have another child?

we can add a tag to most of our necklaces but not all. please contact us at customerservice@chantellenicoledesigns.com to find out if you have a necklace we can add to! You can also find single charms under our “create your own” sections.
