The Jewelry:

Each piece is entirely handcrafted upon receipt of payment.  Please allow 2 weeks (allow longer during holidays) for the creation and shipping of your custom jewelry.  Please remember, each piece is hand-stamped and the letters will not line up perfectly.  These imperfections add to the charm of hand stamped piece.

Personalized Items:

All personalized items are made to order. You are responsible for ordering your personalization correctly and in the correct order. We do not accept returns on anything personalized  as these are all made to order. If the mistake is our fault we will correct the item and send you a new one. Please be sure you want this product before ordering, we are happy to provide you with as much information as you need in order to make the most informed purchasing decision.

Refunds & Exchanges Non-personalized items:

We do not issue refunds under any condition. Exchanges on certain items only. All sales are final. All personalized merchandise, i.e. Stamped, Engraved , are non-exchangeable or non-refundable.

On all remaining items, we are happy to make an exchange of equal value for a purchase if you are not 100% satisfied.  The item(s) must be returned unworn and in perfect condition within 10 days of the original shipping date. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable

Shipping:

We have shipping options with USPS priority and next day shipping. As well as shipping via UPS. We do ship internationally. Depending on destination’s custom regulations it may take up to a month.

We are not responsible for lost / stolen shipments and no refunds will be given. If you would like to purchase insurance for your purchase please let us know.

Please note that during peak seasons shipping may take longer.

Holiday orders:

During the holidays items will take longer than the anticipated 1-2 week time frame. Please watch for holiday shipping cutoff dates to make sure your item arrives in time.

Gift-wrap:

We offer gift-wrap on most pieces. Our yellow gift-wrap with grey bow is perfect for any occasion.

Availability:

Occasionally items will go on back-order. we will let you know as soon as possible if this occurs. we cannot guarantee availability of any design.
